Ayodeji Omotoso

Hi there! My name is Ayodeji, everyone calls me Deji (pronounced Dagi)
I’m a fraternal twin. I’m actually three minutes older than my sister though she wants to believe the Nigerian folklore that says the younger twin is older. It is believed that the older twin just decided to ask the younger to go out first to check out the world!

I have been playing the Piano since age 5 and started composing music at 12 when I won a junior composer’s award with The Federation.
I started playing at senior communities three years ago and each time I see the seniors tap their feet and smile as I play is always a rewarding experience for me.
My sister and I often play during their dinner time and we can literally see them eating more wholeheartedly as we play.

I’m currently a junior at Landmark Christian School in Georgia and by the grace of God intend on becoming a Computer Engineer.

It is an honor for me to be a Music Mends Minds ambassador.
