Nedra Cobb

Dr. Nedra Cobb is a native of Milwaukee,Wisconsin.
She received a BA (MusEd ’77) from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin,
an MA in (Vocal Performance ’80) and a (DMA Vocal Performance ’92)
from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She was an assistant professor of
music at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside
and music instructor at the Milwaukee Area Technical College.
She also provided private music instruction with emphasis on
serving inner city church music ministries and underpriviledged youth.
She has served as a clinician, adjudicator for NATS, performed as soloist in various
musical establishments and received numerous awards for her work in the community.
Dr. Cobb retired in 2015 and in 2022 lost her voice after receiving a covid vacination,
